Welcome to InteDashboard!

We are delighted to have you onboard! To get you started, we have prepared this help guide articles. In this guide, we'll walk you through a few things to get the ball rolling as the Administrator of your InteDashboard account.

First things first. Here are two things you need to do first to setup the account:

You will receive an email from InteDashboard that contains an activation link. Follow these simple steps to complete the activation.

In summary, the steps are as follows:

  1. Find the email in your email app and click the blue "Activate My Account" button.

  2. Enter a new password and click the green "Reset Password" button.

  3. Two accounts will be created for you--An Admin Teacher and A Student account. Click Teacher to access your teacher account.

  4. You will be taken to your dashboard where you can start using InteDashboard.

Once your account is active, you can start adding teachers from your institution who will use InteDashboard.

In summary, the steps are as follows:

  1. Click on the Teachers button located on the left navigation sidebar.

  2. Click on the + New Teacher button to create a new teacher account.

  3. Fill out the teacher's details.

  4. Click Send Invitation button. (An email will be sent to the teacher to activate their account).

Here are a few more things that would be helpful in managing your InteDashboard account as the Admin

An the account administrator, you have the ability to edit the details of the teachers in your InteDashbaord account.

In summary, the steps are as follows:

  1. Go to the "TEACHERS" link from the side navigation and lick on the "View" button for the teacher you want to edit details of.

  2. Click the "Edit" button to change some information, then click "Update" to save the changes.

Need to disable a teacher's access to InteDashboard?

An the account administrator, you can suspend a teacher's account. Doing this will temporarily close a teacher's InteDashbaord account and they will be unable to login.

To do this, here are the steps:

  1. Go to the "TEACHERS" link from the side navigation and lick on the "View" button for the teacher you want to edit details of.

  2. Click the "More Actions" dropdown (lower-right-hand-corner of the page) , then click "Suspend Teacher" button then confirm suspension.
