Reset your Student's Password
Is your student having issues logging back in? You can reset their password for them.
Here's how.
Step 1
Click on the Students left-side navigation.
Step 2
Search for the student by typing their name or email in the search box.
Step 3
Once you've found the student, then you can click on the "Reset Password" button.
It will open a box which contains 2 options.
OPTION 2: Reset Temporary Password to 3***
The four-digit number here is the temporary password. (Ex. 3556). The student can login to their account using their InteDashbaord email account and this 4-digit number as their password.
***Advice the student to change their password after loggin in with the 4-digit temporary password to secure their account.
OPTION 1 : Send Reset Password Link
Click the green button and the student will get an email which contains a password reset link.
The student must open the email sent on their InteDashbaord student email account, and
Set a new password for their account
