We are delighted to have you onboard! To get you started, we have prepared this help guide articles. In this guide, we'll walk you through a few things to get the ball rolling.

First and foremost

You will receive an email from InteDashboard that your teacher is inviting you to activate your student account. Follow these simple steps to complete the activation.

In summary, the steps are as follows:

  1. Find the email in your email app and click the blue "Activate My Account" button.

  2. Enter a new password and click the green "Reset Password" button.

  3. You will be taken to your activities dashboard where you can start using InteDashboard.

Are you using an LMS?

If you are using an LMS (such as Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Brightspace, etc.) you only need to:

  1. Login to your LMS.

  2. Click the InteDashboard link from course links.

  3. Then you’ll be automatically logged in to InteDashboard.

Do this (complete payment) only when you need to

Get your access codes from your bookstore. Follow the steps below to complete payment with InteDashboad.

  1. Click the "Complete Your Payment" button on the top-right-hand -corner of the page.

  2. Select "Access code" and type in the code and click "Confirm Payment".

You can use your card to make a direct payment via PayPal. Here's how

  1. Click the "Complete Your Payment" button.

  2. Select "Paypal", fill out the details needed and click "Confirm Payment".

Clicking buttons and answering tests and cases

Go through preparatory materials before class. These can be videos, presentation slides, readings, links etc. With InteDashboad, your teachers can send out Prework materials which you can access through the app.

To access the Prework

  1. Check the STATUS. Once it says "Ongoing" you'll be able to click the "View Prework" button to view the materials.

  2. Download and Preview the materials using the ACTIONS buttons.

Take Individual and/or Team Readiness Assurance Tests using your laptop, tablet or smartphones. RATs (Readiness Assurane Tests) usually consist of 5-20 questions.

With IRATs

  1. Choose and mark your answer then click "Save My Answer" to commit.

With TRATs

  1. Choose and click "Save My Answer" and an immediate feedback telling you if you're correct or wrong will appear next to your commited answer. (like a scratchcard).

  2. You have the option to change the team-reporter.

  3. You have the option to request for clarifications.

Once you click "Submit Test", your answers can no longer be changed.

Discuss, debate and submit answers digitally to an Application Case activity using InteDashboard. Application Case activities usually have a case data that teams teams need to discuss followed by a series of question.

Application Cases can contain 3 types of questions:

  1. Multiple-choice questions with a single best answer (answered like an IRAT)

  2. Multiple-choice question with multiple answers (tick all the answers that are applicable)

  3. Free Response question (type your answer)

You can add elaborations to your answers by typing a text or uploading a file.

With 360 Degree Evaluations, answers are auto-saved. You can change and re-change your responses anytime as long as the activity is still open.

360 Degree Evaluation has the following types of questions:

  1. Michelsen Point Distribution

  2. Rating Scale questions

  3. Free Response questions
