How to manually enroll students to my course

This allows you to create generic usernames for your students.

Pros: Requires no storage of personal student data on the InteDashboard cloud servers. This makes it easier to get through your institutions compliance processes. It's also useful in one time workshops where you have limited information about students and need to quickly setup teams for your activities.

Cons: You won’t be able to easily maintain records of performance data regarding your students on InteDashboard. This is because instead of seeing your students name, you will see generic user accounts which can lead to organizational issues.

Click on the course you want to add your students in.

Step 2

Click on the "STUDENTS" tab

ⓘ Here are some useful information

  • PREFIX: Think of this as a unique code that will be attached to every generic user name that's generated by the app. This code could be customized according to your preferences.

  • NO. OF SECTIONS: This signifies the amount of sessions that you will conduct with the students that are being added. For example, if you were to put the number ten in there, you will see ten instances of TBL sessions based on the rest of the information submitted.

  • NO. OF TEAMS: This indicates the number of teams that you wish to create for your course.

  • NO.OF STUDENTS PER TEAM: This indicates the amount of students that you wish to have in each team created for your course.

Step 6

Click "Confirm" button.

Step 7

Once confirmed, you'll see your students grouped in the specified section and teams you have indicated in Step 6.

ⓘ Here are some useful information

  • Students can use the generic user login to access the student dashboard using these. The username and password are the same. For example, a student is assigned the "Student-1-1s1" login. The student can then use "Student-1-1s1" as the username and password.

  • There is no need to send invites.
