If you are using Zoom for your online TBL sessions, you can download the Zoom Break-out room template for room assignments from InteDashboard.
If you are using Zoom for your online TBL sessions, you can download the Zoom Break-out room template for room assignments from InteDashboard.
Here's how:
Go to the STUDENTS tab of the course and click "Export" then click "Zoom Export".
Open the file. This can be used to pre-assign students into breakout rooms. Make sure that students are using their email address in their account (not their personal email) when doing this.

Click "STUDENTS" tab
Click the "Export" dropdown (top-right-hand-corner of the page)
Click "Zoom Import".

Open the file.
You can use this in Zoom to pre-assign students to a break-out room.
The students' room assignments are based on their teams
***CAVEAT
The student's should be logged in to Zoom using the same email with InteDashboard.
If they are logged in using their personal emails, they will not be assigned to a break-out room.
